The team at Socialite know how to sell a role to a candidate, but were sorely missing the visual components that help to boost engagement when advertising roles on social media. I created numerous job ads for different types of digital roles —designers, developers, digital project managers— and created various design templates, enabling the team to swap out assets themselves as needed and create their own job ads in-house.
The recruitment business isn't just about selling jobs to candidates; it's also about selling candidates to businesses.
I re-designed their old marketing proposal presentation/brochure to be more in line with their updated branding.
It's nice when things look good, but it's nicer when good-looking things get found. (Whatever that means, I dunno...)
I enhanced the SEO of the website for Wellington and Auckland, and created targeted landing pages for their key careers in order to passively attract new, qualified candidates. This increased their number of visitors, enquiries, and CV submissions to the website.
Overall Google rankings improved significantly, achieving top of page 1 results for things like "digital recruitment", "IT recruitment", "technical recruitment", and so on.
I also managed their Facebook Advertising campaigns, and created different types of Facebook ads for different types of audiences working in New Zealand's tech industry.
